As-Is Sale: Each item is inspected for quality and categorized by condition. By purchasing, you acknowledge that items may have minor variations from the photos due to lighting or screen settings.
Sizing: We recommend checking brand-specific size charts where possible, as kids' sizes vary significantly between manufacturers.

3. Return & Exchange Policy

We know kids grow fast and needs change! Here is how we handle returns and exchanges:

7-Day Window: You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order via our website portal.
Eligibility: To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags intact.
The Process:
1. Request the return through the "My Orders" or "Returns" section of our site.
2. Our courier partner will be scheduled for a pickup, or we will provide instructions for shipping it back to us.
3. Once the item is received and passes a quality check, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.

4. Shipping & Returns Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning an item because you changed your mind or for fit issues, the return shipping/courier charge will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Incorrect or Damaged Items: If we made a mistake (the item is damaged or not as described), The Little Swaddle will cover all shipping costs and provide a full refund or replacement.
